Southeastern European Center for Missing and Exploited Children (SEEC)
In 2010, in cooperation with International Center for Missing and Exploited Children, the Southeastern European Center for Missing and Exploited Children (SEEC) was launched under the aegis of the Hellenic Ministry of Foreign Affairs with the goal to unite the voices of victimized children in Southeastern Europe and operate as a key contact point for public and private agencies in the region. SEEC operates under the hub of “The Smile of the Child” from its headquarters in Athens.
