Our community home in Peristeri
Our community home in Peristeri was given by the Municipality of Peristeri. Over
the years our small house transformed into a three-story building. In 2006,
thanks to the love and the participation of our volunteers, the municipality,
companies and private persons we were able to reconstruct the building.
The community home opened its doors in 2000.
Today, 23 children aged 3.5 to 19 years, are growing up in the community home.
Beside to the children there is a specialized team, in total 18 people, which
consist of 12 pedagogues, one teacher, one cook, one social worker, one cleaner,
one health visitor and one psychologist.
