The "Building Talent" project has been a remarkable success in providing young artists with substantial professional opportunities in the Cultural and Creative Sector. Across Latvia, Belgium, and Greece, numerous collaborations have emerged, highlighting the project's extensive reach and impact.

In Greece, three artists have signed contracts with a mental health organization to lead creative workshops, a photographer has launched his B2B business, a saxophonist has released her album and is preparing for an international tour, and an actor has directed and presented his first play at a major festival.

In Belgium, a visual artist is showcasing her work in a prestigious cultural space and selling her creations, while a singer is set to perform at a significant event. In Latvia, seven different professional roles have been established, providing internships for 13 young artists at a major artistic organization in Riga.

These initiatives have opened new avenues for young talents, enabling them to exhibit their work, build networks, and secure contracts that will further their careers. The project's activities have not only provided immediate job opportunities but have also laid a foundation for sustained professional growth in the arts.
