Visits to the Organization’s Home newly arrived from... Stuttgart

A group of twenty (20) students, from the field of Social Work, along with their professor, from the University of Applied Sciences Esslingen, University of Applied Sciences, Stuttgart, Germany expressed their interest to visit one of the Organization’s Care Homes, on the occasion of a project on selected places providing welfare services to children and youth -aged 6-18 years- in the European Union called "Selected structures of welfare services in the EU".

It was a very pleasant visit, which we were happy to host, as following the presentation of the Organization’s actions, work and services, the students had the opportunity to pose specific questions and engage in a discussion with “Smile’s” staff.

The students actually conducted interviews with the people of "Smile" regarding the support process that is followed, the framework conditions of the Care Homes, their role in them and how the quality of the services provided to the children growing up in the Care Homes of the Organization is ensured.
